Model Call Policy – Fredericksburg Fashion Week

Fredericksburg Fashion Week hosts an official Model Call each season to select talent for our annual runway production.

For our 9th Season, the Model Call will take place on July 25, 2026 at 1:30 PM. All interested models must register in advance through the official application link provided on our website or promotional materials.

By registering for the Model Call, applicants acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation is required to be considered for the Fredericksburg Fashion Week runway showcase
All applicants must arrive on time for check-in and evaluation
Selected models will be contacted following the Model Call with further instructions and casting results
Participation in the Model Call does not guarantee selection for the final runway show
Models are expected to maintain a professional appearance and conduct throughout the casting process

Model Class Requirement

All selected models will be required to attend one (1) in-person model class prior to the official runway show.

For the model class, all participants must adhere to the following dress code:

Black attire
Young ladies must wear heels (3 inches or higher) or wedges
All looks should be clean, fitted, and runway-appropriate
