Policy: All individuals interested in participating must complete the comprehensive registration form available on the Fredericksburg Fashion Week website. Once the form is submitted, a representative from Fredericksburg Fashion Week will contact the applicant within 72 hours to confirm brand approval and provide a payment link.

Upon receipt of payment, participants will be provided with documentation detailing the expectations, responsibilities, and guidelines for Fredericksburg Fashion Week 2025.

A non-refundable participation fee of $800 is required.

This fee includes promotional opportunities throughout the year leading up to the event, such as professional photoshoots, print and digital marketing, radio promotions, and other related activities.
