Key aspects of shooting with Fredericksburg Fashion Week as a photographer policy includes :

Accreditation: Only photographers with proper credentials (press pass, designer approval, or event organizer permission) are allowed to shoot.
Shooting Areas: Specific designated areas on the runway or designated viewing platforms are assigned for photography, preventing disruption to other attendees.
No Flash Photography: Most fashion shows prohibit the use of flash to avoid distracting the models and disrupting the lighting on the runway.
Respect for the Show: Photographers must avoid obstructing the view of other attendees, including those seated in the front row.
Image Usage Rights: The photographer retains ownership of the images; however, upon submission to Fredericksburg Fashion Week, we reserve the right to share them on social media, our website, and other platforms for business purposes. All images must be provided to Fredericksburg Fashion Week within 3 to 5 business days prior to the event. We ask all photographers to send up to two images within 24 hours.
