Fredericksburg Fashion Week International – Photographer Policy

1. Accreditation
Only photographers with proper credentials—such as a press pass, designer approval, or permission from event organizers—are authorized to shoot at Fredericksburg Fashion Week.

2. Shooting Areas
Photography is restricted to designated areas on the runway or assigned viewing platforms to prevent disruption to attendees.

3. No Flash Photography
Flash photography is strictly prohibited to avoid distracting models and interfering with runway lighting.

4. Respect for the Show
Photographers must not obstruct the view of other attendees, including front-row guests. Professional conduct is expected at all times.

5. Image Usage Rights
Photographers retain ownership of all images. However, by submitting photos to Fredericksburg Fashion Week, the organization reserves the right to use them on social media, the website, and other business-related platforms.

All images must be submitted within 3–5 business days after the event.
Photographers are requested to provide up to two highlight images within 24 hours post-event.

6. Copyright
All images remain the property of the photographer. Proper credit must be given when images are published.

7. Model Privacy
Photographers must avoid capturing images that could be considered overly personal, compromising, or invasive to the models’ privacy.
